Operation Safeguard was created to aid the various peaceful non-human races of the land. These races suffer hostile intentions and discrimination constantly from a number of nations, especially the Kingdom. The Republic will be a beacon of hope to the oppressed and show these communities they have our support.

The first night of the operation saw the Republic slip into the lands of Yew and battle their way through the hordes of giants, orcs, ratmen and many other hostile monsters that lurk in the tunnels of the dungeon Sanctuary. Here a community of elves escaping the oppression of the Yewish have become trapped at the end of the tunnels. Trading one threat for another; these elves defend their refuge day and night with their makeshift barricades and walls.

The forces of the Republic successfully delivered healing supplies and well needed food to these desperate elves.

The second night of Operation Safeguard was a huge success bringing aid to four different peaceful races of Sosaria.

To start with our Vesparian aid caravan disguised themselves as monks and ventured into the lands of Yew again to deliver vital supplies to the elves of Heartwood trapped in Yew, under constant thread from the Guardsmen Militia and the Avatarian Church.

After slipping back out undetected the Republican aid convoy headed to the royal city in Ter Mur to feed and clothe the gargoyle refugees that surround the city living in poverty and disgusting conditions. Once they had hidden the aid we had supplied, Vesper travelled to Ilshenar to bring herbs and magical supplies to the peaceful pixies.

Once the supplies had been delivered to the pixies, the group of Vesparians headed to the town of Lakeshire just nearby to aid the Meer. The Republic helped repair the buildings of the run down town.

To finish off Operation Safeguard, on the last night the forces of Vesper traveled to the 4 major gypsy encampments in Ilshenar. With all the dangers that lurk in the lands of Ilshenar, the Republic came bearing healing supplies for the different clans of gypsies.

By sending our aid caravans to all these different races for Operation Safeguard, we have gained many friends and allies that can help the Republic.

All the communities and races we have helped have agreed to aid us in the following ways:

Meer of Lakeshire - Have agreed to allow us to use the town of Lakeshire for training exercises and events.

Gypsies of Ilshenar - Have opened up their camps to the Republic to allow trade caravans to trade with them and boost our economy.

Gargoyle Refugees of Ter Mur - When required they will travel to Vesper and act as a workforce provided we pay, feed and house them for the duration.

The Pixies of Ilshenar - Will provide us with healing magic knowledge and rituals.

Elves of Heartwood - Will provide us with information and eyes against the Yewish should we require them.

Elves of Sanctuary - Will provide us with magical knowledge to make our lands more fertile for farming.
