Operation Spellbinder was created to obtain 8 powerful tomes of magic in order for the warlocks of the Republic to study their contents and use the knowledge gained to benefit our great nation. This was no easy task however as the spellbooks were scattered across the darkest and a most dangerous places of the realm.
These 8 spellbinders contain knowledge, spells and rituals of different schools of magic that exist in the world. Knowledge is power and the Republic needed to secure this knowledge!
On the first night of the operation the Redguard assisted by the aid of willing Vesper citizens secured the first three of the spellbinders.
They fought their way into the Ice Demon stronghold in the dungeon of Ice to retrieve the spellbinder of Ice.
Once secured the force traveled to the depths of Fire to obtain the spellbinder of Fire. Interestingly enough the biggest threat on this mission was none other than a monstrous steel door.
Finally the Republican troops ventured through the Sorcerer Dungeon in Ilshenar to the libraries of Terort Skitas where they found the spellbinder of Air.
Twas a successful start to the operation.
