The Ideas Program is part of the actions that Audi México takes to remain an attractive employer . Therefore, the Audi Group plant in San José Chiapa has successfully implemented the Ideas Program since 2017, with the participation of 2,616 people, to strengthen the involvement of all collaborators, in order to find maximum efficiency in resources and processes. Currently, more than 5,000 ideas have been successfully registered.
The Ideas Program, which is added to the exercises that Audi carries out at its plant in the state of Puebla, is a valuable complement to the human resources strategy that the company has promoted to remain an attractive employer. This has led Audi México to obtain the Top Employer certificate three consecutive times, which is awarded by the Top Employer Institute Guatemala Mobile Number List to companies that offer their collaborators the best conditions to perform their duties. Audi México's fundamental objective is to strengthen closeness with its collaborators, encouraging them to participate in the different programs offered by the plant.
