It is with great sadness that I pen this report.
With the help of my fellow Vesperians and a friend in the north, I must inform you of the sad loss of my bother, Smithy. His gruesome death remains shrouded in mystery.
The investigation was lead by myself, Rimeny with the help of the Redguard and a Covian scout who showed in interest due to strange happenings also happening in our neighbours town.

We started by checking his last known location, Mt Kendal and then onto his favourite quiet tavern, The Barnacle. After dropping the best part of one thousand coins onto the tight lipped bartender, we finally discovered he had been there but had decided to head to the city, Britain.
With that, Piper opened a portal to East Britain's, Salty Dog. Again, once the dry lips of Olivia Black had been loosened, a tale of Zealots following my brother out of Britain, with the whisper of Jhelom.
The barman in the Jhelom tavern, acting all nervous, recounted the tale of an Inquisitor and a Templar wearing a black cloak having an altercation with a man fitting Smithy's description. He was clearly uncomfortably telling us this with a scared look in his eyes. He suggested speaking with the Innkeeper at The Morning Star...
It is here, that we discovered my poor brothers resting place... for I know not why this has happened, but I will not rest until I find and avenge his death.
With my dear friend Escaflowne's help, we have sketched out as much as we can remember.
